Now welcoming founding family inquiries
At ProVida, companionship is personal. From meaningful conversations at home to shared outings and everyday adventures, every visit is an opportunity to make your loved one’s week a little brighter.
The ProVida difference
Companionship means more when it feels familiar. ProVida is built around recurring visits, genuine interests, and the kind of conversation that makes an ordinary Wednesday feel special.
For families, thoughtful updates offer a meaningful window into those moments—always with the senior’s permission.

Request Your Free IntroductionWhat to know: One complimentary meeting per prospective senior, by appointment and subject to availability within the approved service area. Meetings take place at a mutually agreed appropriate location, generally the senior’s home. This is an introduction—not a transportation or outing appointment, or a medical or professional care assessment.
Founder portraitMeet Israel
“The destination mattered—but the conversations along the way were what stayed with me.”
Before creating ProVida, Israel provided transportation for seniors and individuals with disabilities through LiftLine. What moved him most wasn’t simply helping people get where they needed to go. It was the trust, stories, and relationships that grew in the time between.
A husband and father who values meaningful relationships and genuine conversation, Israel created ProVida to offer a more personal kind of service: consistent companionship built around the person, not a task list. Families work directly with Israel rather than being assigned an unfamiliar rotating companion.
Personal interests will be added here after founder approval.
How it works
Share a few details through the short founding family inquiry below.
Israel follows up personally and, when appropriate, schedules the complimentary 60-minute introduction.
After an introduction, compatibility review, and completed enrollment, recurring visits can begin.
Enrollment and scheduling are subject to availability, compatibility, and service eligibility.
A personal beginning
ProVida is preparing to welcome a limited number of local families who value a personal, relationship-centered approach.
Questions, answered
Still wondering whether ProVida is the right fit? Send an inquiry and Israel will be glad to talk it through.
Yes. ProVida offers one complimentary 60-minute introductory meeting per prospective senior, subject to availability and the approved service area. It is a chance to get acquainted, not a transportation, outing, medical, or care-assessment appointment.
No. No credit card, payment information, or commitment to enroll is required for the complimentary introduction.
Absolutely. Family members are welcome to join the introduction, ask questions, and share helpful interests or preferences.
There is no pressure to decide immediately. If everyone feels comfortable, Israel can review membership fit, availability, service eligibility, and the steps needed to complete enrollment.
A senior companion provides nonmedical social connection and shares meaningful time, activities, and everyday experiences with an older adult. ProVida is centered on relationship, consistency, and independence.
No. ProVida is a nonmedical companionship service—not a home healthcare agency, housekeeping service, emergency response provider, or source of medical monitoring.
Yes. At launch, companionship is personally provided by founder Israel Rodriguez, at a consistent recurring time whenever possible.
Yes. Israel speaks English and Spanish, and companionship can be provided in either language according to the senior’s preference.
Yes. Families may speak with Israel and complete the inquiry process in English or Spanish.
Eligible companion-assisted transportation is included only with Independence and Peace of Mind memberships. It must occur within the scheduled visit, is limited to 25 total outing miles per eligible visit, and is subject to applicable coverage, safety, and service requirements. ProVida is not an on-demand ride service.
Initial service is planned for Spring, Klein, The Woodlands, and nearby approved communities. A ZIP code check is part of the inquiry process.
That is the goal. Initial availability is Wednesdays from 7:00 AM–3:00 PM, with Saturday mornings reserved for Peace of Mind members. Exact times are confirmed during enrollment.
Outings and appointments should fit within the scheduled visit. Additional time may be available at $40/hour, billed in 30-minute increments, but it cannot be guaranteed. Timing should be discussed in advance.
A thoughtful written update is shared after each completed visit, with the senior’s permission. Peace of Mind includes updates after both weekly visits.
Israel will personally follow up to learn more, answer questions, review availability and eligibility, and decide together whether the service may be a good fit. An inquiry does not guarantee enrollment.
Yes. Living arrangements do not determine fit; interests, expectations, service area, schedule, and compatibility all matter.
That’s understandable. We frame companionship around their interests, preferences, and autonomy—not around what they “need.” An introductory conversation can help everyone decide whether the connection feels natural.
Yes. During this founding stage, Israel personally conducts recurring companionship visits. Availability is limited and enrollment depends on schedule, compatibility, and service eligibility.
